Sarah Hussey is a Boston University student who takes part in clubs such as BUTV and WTBU. At BUTV, Sarah is able to explore professional equipment for a news broadcasting station. At WTBU, Sarah created her own radio program, In The Country, where she runs a two hour program full of country music and analysis. At BU, Sarah is an Athletics Assistant for the Video Production Department. There she is able to learn the ins and outs of live broadcasting for ESPN+.


Sarah is inspired by the powerful female filmmakers that have come before her, like Greta Gerwig and Sofia Coppola. Her favorite works include Call Me By Your Name, Little Woman, Euphoria, and Fleabag.

Sarah has lived in Norwalk, Connecticut her whole life before moving to Boston to continue her education. She grew up with New York City at her fingertips, inspired by the art at the MET and the Alice in Wonderland statue in Central Park.
